Grilled courgette and goat's cheese bites are the perfect light appetiser or a savory snack.
Ingredients:
- 2 courgettes
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
- 100 grams goat’s cheese
- 3 teaspoons milk
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Step 1:
Heat your Grillstream to 180°C
Step 2:
Thinly slice the courgettes along their length and place the pieces on the Grillstream plates. Cook until grill marks become visible, then turn over and repeat.
Step 3:
Mix the goats cheese, pepper, salt, mint and milk in a bowl.
Step 4:
Spread one side of the courgette with the goat’s cheese mix. Tightly roll up the courgette and secure with a toothpick.
