How it works

The Grillstream System is an innovative and patented cooking technology that effectively tackles common challenges associated with conventional grilling methods such as flare-ups and uneven heat distribution. At the heart of this system lies a dual setup of porcelain-coated cast iron grills that collect the juices and drippings produced during cooking. This intelligent design prevents these liquids from falling directly onto the flames that could cause flare-ups and ultimately burn or taint the flavour of the meat.

Instead, the streaming juices are vaporised and rebase the meat with a rich, smoky flavour. This not only enhances the overall taste but also ensures that your culinary creations remain moist and succulent on the inside. The remaining juices stream to the front of your BBQ into a fat channel where they are carried away into an easy to reach collection cup for disposal. The system also promotes even heat distribution that minimises hot spots and cold zones on the cooking surface. This ensures that your food cooks uniformly and prevents overcooking or undercooking in different areas of the grill.
